Role Description We are seeking dynamic personality to strengthen our Business Development activities. Must be a recent management graduate/post graduate and have passion to be part of startup. This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Executive located in Thane. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong business relationships. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting for potential clients, maintaining a pipeline of leads, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. You will be right candidate if business management is your passion, you love to talk & meet people, understand their technical problems and offer a solution. You should also be ready for intercity travel, etc. Key Responsibilities: Develop SOPs and protocols. Identify potential customers, nurture the leads and close. To be a single point of contact for customers and ensure repeat orders Develop a effective referral and channel partner program. Supervise marketing and sales automation to ensure monthly leads. Look after brand building practices and contribute wherever possible. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor or Masters in Business or Mass Media. Excellent Communication skills Familiarity with ERP software solutions is a plus Tech savvy with various ideas of sales and marketing automation. Strong passion for digital marketing and a desire to build a career in the field. Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization. Should be ambitious, have patience and ready to take risk.
