Job Description At Welspun, as a General Manager for COE_R2R_GCC, your role involves leading the end-to-end Record-to-Report operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial processes. You will drive transformation, digitalization, and strategic finance partnerships. Your responsibilities will include overseeing treasury and finance functions, providing thought leadership, managing the SAP module, conducting data analytics, managing cash flow and fund flow, budgeting and planning, compliance, and forecasting. Responsibilities: - Oversee treasury and finance functions to ensure compliance with regulations, accounting principles, and standards. - Provide thought leadership in finance and operations, driving strategic initiatives for growth and profitability. - Manage the SAP module effectively in financial and operational processes. - Lead data analytics initiatives to provide insights for decision-making and performance improvement. - Ensure financial stability and liquidity by managing cash flow and fund flow. - Align budgeting and planning processes with strategic objectives and performance targets. - Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards to mitigate risks. - Provide accurate financial forecasts for strategic decision-making. - Demonstrate strong business acumen by understanding the market, making strategic decisions, and driving business growth. - Foster a global mindset to navigate complexities in different markets and cultures. - Identify new business opportunities, drive innovation, and promote change. - Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
