Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Demonstrate ownership
and implement
best practices
to improve product quality, process efficiency, and the sustainability of lab operations in line with ISO and NABL standards.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME)
to identify and resolve chronic quality issues for internal and external customers related to product assurance and laboratory performance.
Establish, standardize, and sustain Quality Assurance systems
to ensure consistent product quality and process reliability throughout manufacturing.
Lead the capability building
of lab and QA teams through structured training, process audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Drive
root cause analysis (RCA)
and implement
corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
for recurring process or product issues.
Collaborate closely with
Production, R&D, and Maintenance
teams to align quality standards with operational and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with
regulatory, environmental, and safety standards
while promoting sustainable manufacturing practices.
Champion
continuous improvement
through Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM) methodologies.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of
copper manufacturing processes
, metallurgical testing, and product inspection methods.
Hands-on experience with
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, NABL, and related quality systems
.
Proven leadership in driving
process optimization, cost reduction, and defect prevention
.
Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and modern quality tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA, etc.).
