Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend modules of TestGrid using the CodeIgniter framework.
• Optimize application performance and scalability for high-load environments.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and backend services seamlessly.
• Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and robust test coverage.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code to enhance maintainability.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs or performance bottlenecks effectively.
• Contribute to product roadmap discussions and provide valuable technical insights.

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience with PHP and the CodeIgniter framework.
• Strong understanding of MySQL, database design, and query optimization.
• Experience in RESTful API development and integration.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of MVC architecture and secure coding practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile development environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience or certifications in web development/backend development will also be considered.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with testing tools or platforms (e.g., Selenium, Appium, BrowserStack).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working on SaaS or enterprise-scale products.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
