As a NEET/JEE Student Coach at our office in Noida sector 62, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting aspirants through their exam preparation journey. Your primary focus will be on providing mentorship and assistance to students in a structured and empathetic manner. You will be responsible for creating personalized timetables and preparation strategies for each student, ensuring their progress is tracked and they are held accountable for their goals. Daily check-ins and doubt resolution sessions will be key aspects of your role, along with offering quick and practical solutions to any challenges they may face during their preparation. Building a strong rapport and trust with students is essential, as you will also be providing guidance on non-academic issues such as stress, motivation, and exam pressure. Your deep understanding of the NEET/JEE exam structure, syllabus, and preparation journey will be invaluable in supporting the students effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and listening abilities. Prior experience in mentoring, coaching, or student support roles would be advantageous, along with a genuine passion for helping students succeed. Basic subject knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, or Math/Biology is required to provide the necessary academic inputs to the students. Individuals with a background in education or career coaching, alumni of premier institutions like IIT, NIT, or AIIMS, or those with personal experience in NEET/JEE preparation are encouraged to apply. Experience in ed-tech or student-facing mentorship roles would also be considered a bonus, along with your ability to connect with students and provide the necessary support they need to excel in their exams.,
