Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales, Purchase & SCM Coordinator (Female only) to manage day-to-day coordination between sales, procurement, and supply chain functions. The role involves handling purchase orders, vendor communication, sales coordination, inventory tracking, and ensuring smooth operations between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination:

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate with clients for order status, dispatch updates, and payments.
• Maintain sales records and support the sales team in documentation and reporting.

Purchase Management:

• Raise and process purchase orders as per requirement.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain supplier database and ensure timely procurement of materials.

Supply Chain Coordination:

• Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with stores for stock management.
• Support SCM team in planning and execution to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of purchase, sales, and supply chain workflows.
• Ability to multitask and handle operational pressure.
• Attention to detail and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Purchase, or SCM coordination.
• Female candidates only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,177.83 - ₹25,351.59 per month
