Job Description

Coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth communication between project teams, clients, and management.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion of work.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, material requests, and progress updates.
Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Conduct site visits to monitor ongoing work and report any issues or delays to management.
Support the project manager in organizing manpower, materials, and equipment as per project requirements.
Follow up on approvals, permits, and client correspondence as required.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.
Handle administrative tasks related to project coordination, documentation, and reporting.
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support smooth project execution.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in construction, maintenance, or civil works).
Must hold a valid Indian driving license.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
