Co-ordinator

As an HR Coordinator in the education field, you will play a key role in coordinating with international clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and providing necessary assistance - Redirecting HR related calls or distributing correspondence to the appropriate team member - Supporting the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, and issuing employment contracts - Assisting supervisors in performance management procedures - Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintaining the team's agenda - Coordinating training sessions and seminars - Performing orientations, onboarding, and updating records with new hires - Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity - Assisting in ad-hoc HR projects, such as collecting employee feedback - Supporting other functions as assigned Requirements and skills for this role include: - Proven experience as an HR coordinator or in a relevant human resources/administrative position - Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices - Strong ability in using MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint - Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (e.g. Virtual Edge) - Ability to work with ATS software - In-depth understanding of sourcing tools like resume databases and online communities - Familiarity with social media recruiting - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Good organizational and time management skills - BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus Additional Details: - This position is for female staff only with a minimum of 3 years of experience. - The job type is full-time with night shift and US shift schedules. - The work location is in Mohali Phase - 8B with the working mode being in-person.
