Job Description: As a Sales Coordinator, your role is crucial in coordinating daily sales operations and acting as a liaison between the sales team, production team, and customers. You will be responsible for processing sales orders, preparing quotations, invoices, and following up on deliveries. Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to generate sales performance reports and assist in forecasting. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate daily sales operations and act as a liaison between sales, production team, and customers. - Process sales orders, prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on deliveries. - Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction. - Generate sales performance reports and assist in forecasting. Qualifications & Skills: - Preferred Female candidates residing in or around Kochi. - Bachelors degree with 13 years of experience in sales coordination. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Tally. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
