Position Overview

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing reports, tracking sales performance, coordinating with distributors/stockists, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Coordinate with the field sales team for data, plans, and task updates
• Maintain sales records, performance trackers, and reporting dashboards
• Follow up with distributors, stockists, and internal teams for orders, billing, and dispatch
• Support the onboarding process for new sales staff (documentation, ID creation, etc.)
• Ensure timely communication of targets, schemes, and sales guidelines
• Handle communication between sales, accounts, and logistics teams
• Assist in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and performance summaries

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–4 years of experience in sales coordination or MIS roles (FMCG preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Excel, reporting, and documentation

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
