Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive Location: Onsite/ Mohali Job Type: Full-Time Experience : 6 Months - 1+ Year Preferred About Us: Genius Squad is growing fast, and we're on the lookout for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Executive to take charge of our online presence. If you're someone who lives and breathes social media, loves content creation, and has a basic understanding of SEO — we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow all our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Create engaging content and design visually appealing posts (using Canva or similar tools) Plan and schedule posts regularly across platforms Monitor trends, insights, and analytics to improve engagement Run and optimize paid ad campaigns when needed Collaborate with the team for campaigns and marketing strategies Basic SEO work (on-page optimization, keyword usage in captions/posts, etc.) Requirements: Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO & social media algorithms Strong creativity, content writing, and design sense Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling apps Good communication skills and a proactive mindset Ability to handle multiple pages/accounts efficiently Salary: “Negotiable as per experience” Working Days: Monday to Friday Send you resume at 79 7309 5181 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,935.14 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Night shift Work Location: In person
