Co-lending Officer

Job Description

Conduct credit assessment and underwriting of partner-originated proposals as per bank policy. Ensure adherence to co-lending agreements and regulatory guidelines (RBI Co-lending model). Coordinate with partner institutions for data sharing, document verification, and compliance. Manage disbursement operations, reconcile partner-bank data, and ensure seamless fund flow. Track portfolio performance, early warning signals, and ensure timely reporting/MIS. Support periodic audits, due diligence, and partner evaluations.
