Co-Founder with Investment

As an experienced candidate in the fintech industry, you will play a crucial role in leading fintech operations and compliance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading fintech operations & compliance, overseeing loan disbursal, underwriting, KYC flows, CIBIL integration, collections, and data governance. - Building and managing NBFC partnerships, owning relationships with partner NBFCs, negotiating terms, and ensuring lending operations are compliant and scalable. - Driving strategy & execution by collaborating on product roadmap, lending policies, risk models, and go-to-market strategies. - Leading team and culture, defining the hiring plan, mentoring early team members, and creating a high-performance culture. - Ensuring regulatory alignment by working with legal and compliance teams to meet RBI norms, privacy laws, and data-sharing frameworks. - Providing fundraising support by participating in investor conversations, preparing financial and business plans, and representing the company to VCs. To excel in this role, you should possess the following required experience & skills: - Minimum 5 years of experience in fintech or digital lending. - Strong exposure to lending ops, underwriting, KYC, and compliance. - Solid experience in working with NBFCs or regulated entities. - Proven ownership of fintech product or business-side scaling. - Hands-on experience with fintech tech stack, dashboards, and API integrations. - Ability to lead ambiguity-heavy, fast-paced execution cycles. The ideal fit for this position is someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a bias for action, and a strong first-principles thinker with a get-it-done attitude. You should be comfortable in 01 setups and rapid experimentation and passionate about solving real credit access problems in India. This remote position offers a significant equity stake based on contribution and stage, with a 25 Lakh investment for 10% equity.,
