Role Description

• Experience in leading and generating sales for online platforms (D2C, e-commerce, wellness, pharma, or similar)
• Proven success with digital marketing, social advertising, and collaborating with influencers or digital agencies. Candidates who have a substantial social media reach and engaged followers in the wellness, personal care, or D2C space are strongly encouraged to apply
• Connections in the D2C space or the confidence to build new ones and secure online growth
• A strategic mindset to help us increase sales, partner with similar brands, and generate momentum
• Ability to leverage digital trends to build measurable traction

Qualifications

• For D2C wellness (personal care) startups, having team members or founders with relevant industry experience in digital marketing, sales, e-commerce, pharma, or health tech is highly advantageous, though not a regulatory requirement.
• Skills in performance marketing, influencer relations, data analytics, social commerce, and customer experience are important for success in this segment
