Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bharuch for a Co-Founder – Procurement Expert. The role involves leading procurement activities, developing strategic sourcing plans, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and quality standards. Responsibilities will also include monitoring market trends, analyzing procurement data, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The candidate will play a key role in driving the supply chain strategy while supporting the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Contract Negotiation
• Strong knowledge of Procurement Processes, Supply Chain Management, and Vendor Relationship Management
• Skills in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Cost Optimization
• Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Decision-Making skills
• Experience with Chemicals or Manufacturing industries is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
