Company Description

pillarr is a modern interior design firm specializing in CNC-based and parametric design solutions. We combine cutting-edge technology with creative artistry to transform spaces into unique, functional, and inspiring environments. Our products include CNC 3D wall panels, partitions, furniture, ceilings, and décor elements made from premium materials such as Wood, HDHMR, Acrylic, MDF, and WPC. We ensure end-to-end execution from concept and design to fabrication and installation, employing advanced CNC cutting and 3D design techniques.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder located in Jaipur. The Co-Founder will be responsible for strategic planning, business development, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the execution of projects. The Co-Founder will also lead marketing and sales efforts, communicate with stakeholders, and drive the company's vision and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct Research
• Exceptional Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for design and technology
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
• Experience in the interior design or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Marketing, or related field
