Role: Co-Founder - Banking, Compliance & Strategy

As Co-Founder, you will:

• Strategic Partnerships (Primary Focus):

  Collaborate with banks, fintechs, regulators, and ecosystem players to unlock key opportunities.

• Research & Product Development

  : Bring market insights to co-lead product strategy and inform innovation pipelines.

• Regulatory Leadership:

  Guide the compliance stack to align with RBI/SEBI/FIU frameworks and evolving risk requirements.

• Go-to-Market Strategy:

  Define market entry and expansion roadmap across banking and digital finance verticals.

Who We're Looking For

• 10–20+ years in

  banking, NBFCs, compliance or fintech

• Experience in

  AML/KYC frameworks
