Co-Founder (Technical) – AI, Cloud, Mobile App Development Location: Remote / Hybrid (India preferred) Experience Required: Minimum 5 years Equity Based | Co-founder Role | Not a salaried position initially About the Startup: We are building a revolutionary Coaching & Consulting Automation Platform that merges AI technology with personalized guidance. Our mission is to make coaching and consulting more accessible, efficient, and scalable through intelligent automation. We are seeking a technical co-founder to spearhead the product development side with innovation and commitment. Key Responsibilities: Architect and develop end-to-end solutions across web and mobile platforms (Android & iOS) with a strong focus on AI integration and cloud scalability. Lead the development of AI-based automation tools, recommendation systems, and intelligent chat/voice-based features to support life coaching, consulting, and career development use cases. Design cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS/GCP) ensuring data security, uptime, and scalability as the platform grows. Collaborate with the business co-founder to convert user and market feedback into tech features, MVPs, and iterations. Recruit, manage, and mentor future tech hires and freelancers as the product scales. Ensure compliance with privacy laws and ethical standards in AI, especially for sensitive data in life coaching and consulting. Stay updated on trends in generative AI, mobile UX/UI, coaching tech, and automation tools. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Tier-1 institute graduates preferred. Minimum 5 years of full-stack experience, with proven delivery in production-grade systems (especially AI-based products and mobile applications). Strong experience with: AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, GPT APIs) Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure – serverless, DevOps, security) Mobile development using Kotlin/Java (Android) and Swift (iOS) or Flutter/React Native Backend frameworks (Node.js, Django, or similar) and API integration Demonstrated ability to build MVPs quickly, validate hypotheses, and iterate rapidly. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex tech to non-tech stakeholders. Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience (as founder or early tech lead) is a huge plus.
