About Hill Queen Tea At Hill Queen Tea , we’re reviving India’s proud tea heritage. With roots dating back to 1962 , we craft 100% natural, small-batch Himalayan teas for the modern palate. From Darjeeling to Assam , our brews are bold, authentic, and premium. We recently began our online journey and are already present on Amazon and our own D2C platform , with rapid expansion underway across Flipkart, Blinkit, and Q-commerce platforms . We’re now seeking a co-founder with deep domain expertise who is ambitious, intuitive, and hands-on , ready to drive growth, scale operations, and own the next phase of our journey. Who We’re Looking For You’re an operator at heart with: 6+ years in the tea or beverage industry (non-negotiable) Strong command of GT/MT sales, distribution, and procurement A strong network of industry contacts and an insider’s grasp of how tea moves across India A proven ability to scale operations and build revenue pipelines An eye for detail + a passion for process and product A strategic mindset, but can roll up your sleeves and execute daily Ready to invest and take equity – you’re not joining a job, you’re building a legacy Education from a Tier-1 B-School or Global Grad School We also value leaders who bring empathy, agility, and quiet confidence — qualities that naturally appeal to inclusive, high-integrity cultures.
