Key Responsibilities

1. Product Leadership & Vision

Translate the strategic blueprint of MindAI + CereBro into a living product roadmap(MVP to V2).

Own design + architecture of:

o MindMetro UI, narrative zones (Fog, Echoes, Purpose)

o Mood Mirror, Guided Journaling, and Breath Reset episodes (96-screenuniverse)

o Digital Twin Therapist models, escalation paths, crisis engine

o Functional stack: onboarding, assessments, gamification, mood tracking, AIcoach, emergency screens, therapist portals, HR dashboards

Oversee end-to-end UX flows ensuring therapeutic safety, emotional resonance, andWCAG accessibility.

2. Technology & AI Ownership

Design and validate AI strategy:

o LLM-based conversational coaching

o NLP-based sentiment analysis, tone detection, mood engines

o Reinforcement/ML-based personalisation loops

o Biometric integrations: HRV, GSR, EDA, gaze, typing metrics

Oversee implementation of:

o Scalable backend (Node.js/Python)

o Cloud infra (AWS Mumbai), security, encryption (AES-256/TLS1.3)

o Regulatory compliance (GDPR, PDP Bill, Telemedicine Guidelines)

3. Clinical & Psychological Integrity

Work with licensed psychologists to ensure:

o Accuracy of CBT, mindfulness, journaling workflows

o Ethical escalation triggers (risk flags, PHQ-9, GAD-7 cut-offs)

o Crisis-safe user pathways

Translate clinical research into emotion-first design, narrative metaphors, and habitloops.

4. Business, Fundraising & GTM

Own fundraising narrative, investor decks, and product demonstrations.

Build monetisation models:

o B2C subscriptions (?399999/month)

o B2B HR/Enterprise wellness tiers (?3002000/employee/year)

Spearhead acquisition strategies:

o Campus activations, influencer-based mental health campaigns

o Pharma/HR integrations, wellbeing partnerships

5. Team Building & Culture Creation

Hire and lead product managers, psychologists, engineers, designers, and behaviouralscientists.

Establish sprint rituals, documentation practices, product governance, and safetystandards.

Shape the values, rituals, and culture of the company from scratch.

6. Operations, Compliance & Execution

Drive product timelines through MVP ? Phase 1 ? Phase 5 roadmap.

Manage cross-functional releases across engineering, UX, clinical, backend, and HRanalytics.

Implement privacy, data residency, audit trails, and multi-layer encryption (as perNFRs).

Target Remuneration (Founding Co-Founder Package)

1. Founder Equity (Base Allocation)

Equity Range: 6% 12%, depending on:

Role ownership (Product/Tech/Clinical/Business)

Full-time commitment

Capital contribution (if any)

Contribution to GTM, fundraising, and IP creation

Designed to ensure parity among founding partners while rewarding execution ownership.

2. Equity Vesting Structure

Standard 4-year vesting schedule

1-year cliff, then monthly vesting (36 months)

Additional Performance-Based Equity Pool (up to 1.5%) tied to:

o Product milestones (MVP ? v1 ? v2)

o User acquisition targets (100K ? 500K ? 1M)

o Enterprise adoption (?5 paid corporate accounts)

o Successful fundraise (Seed/Pre-Series A)

3. Stock Option Pool (ESOP)

You will be part of the Founders ESOP Pool, including:

0.5% 2% ESOP allocated additionally for:

o Leadership roles built (Product, Psychology, AI, Engineering)

o Team scaling contributions

o Org culture, performance, and sprint system building

ESOP Features:

4-year vesting with identical cliff

Reloadable options based on performance milestones

Exercise price fixed at incorporation NAV

4. Salary Structure (Pre- & Post-Fundraise)

Before Fundraise (09 months)

Up to ?1,00,000/month (based on individual preference)

Minimal founder draw to maintain runway

Covers essential expenses (commute, workspace, etc.)

After Seed Fundraise In 6 months

Base Salary: ?18L ?28L per annum (?1.5L ?2.3L per month)

Founder Leadership Allowance: ?50,000 ?1,00,000 per month

Access to:

o ESOP booster

o Annual bonus (up to 15% of salary)

o Health & wellness coverage

After Series A

Leadership Comp Range: ?36L ?48L per annum

Additional ESOP refresh

Performance-linked incentives (0.25% pool)

Experience

615 years in product, AI, psychology-tech, gaming, health-tech, or behaviour design

Experience in taking a product from 0?1?scaling

Strong understanding of:

o AI/ML architectures

o Behavioural science or mental health designs

o Mobile app ecosystems, gamification, UX systems

o Regulatory or clinical workflows (advantage)
