Think: “The trusted operating system for any city you land in – rides, food, stays, experiences, errands, all verified and bookable in one place.” Not another quick-commerce app: we’re augmented by Legit AI — an LLM-powered search & discovery layer built on a hyperlocal knowledge graph . Think ChatGPT + Grab for Tier-2/3 India. The Role – What You’ll Own You will be a true co-founder , not an employee. Depending on your spike, you could lean more into: Option A – Tech & Product Own the product & tech roadmap across our 3 apps (consumer, vendor, heroes/drivers) Architect and build a scalable backend (Python / Node / etc.) + APIs Lead mobile app development (Flutter / React Native / native) Integrate AI/ML & Legit AI into search, pricing, routing, fraud detection, and city intelligence Build internal tools for operations, vendor onboarding, fleet & driver management Option B – Operations, Growth & City Launches Own city launches (Rishikesh / Goa / Himachal and beyond) end-to-end Build and manage on-ground operations : drivers, vendors, partners, local teams Design playbooks for supply acquisition, quality control, and service SLAs Work closely on government, regulatory and partner relationships Turn our on-ground hustle into repeatable operational systems Option C – Finance, Fundraising & Strategy Own financial modelling, unit economics, and runway planning Lead fundraising efforts with angels, micro-VCs, and strategic partners Set up basic finance & compliance stack (reporting, MIS, metrics for investors) Help shape holding structure, SPVs, and future city/vertical spin-outs You don’t have to tick every box in all three. But you must be world-class or hungry-to-be-world-class in at least one pillar, and solid enough to collaborate across the others. Skin in the Game – Money + Mindset Blunt founder-to-founder: I’m looking for someone who can bring more than just skills – Some personal runway contribution or Clear ability to unlock capital (angels, grants, accelerators, ecosystem connects) And the psychological readiness to live lean until we scale You don’t need to be rich. You do need to be all-in , and okay with sharing both the pain and the massive upside .
