Job Description

Job Title: CNC Setter Cum Operator

Job Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines (Turning/VMC/HMC) as per job instructions.
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
Read engineering drawings and follow production plans.
Inspect parts using vernier, micrometer, and other measuring tools.
Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic maintenance.
Follow safety rules and maintain 5S on the shop floor.

Qualifications

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or Turner trade.
1 -3 years of CNC operating experience (freshers acceptable if needed).
Ability to read drawings and use measuring instruments.

Job Title: Recruiter

Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
1 - 3 years of experience in recruitment (technical/non-technical).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
