Department:

Role Overview

Production

Key Responsibilities

A. Production Department

Assist in daily production planning and execution.
Monitor machine operations, process parameters, and product quality.
Support supervisors in maintaining productivity, efficiency & safety standards.
Participate in root-cause analysis (RCA) for process issues and implement corrective actions.

B. Engineering Design & Development Department

Support in designing components, assemblies, and tooling using CAD software (SolidWorks/Creo/AutoCAD).
Assist in prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
Conduct engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, and drafting.
Prepare BOMs, technical documentation, and design change records.

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong engineering fundamentals in mechanical/production concepts.
Good knowledge of CAD tools (SolidWorks/Creo/AutoCAD).
Understanding of manufacturing processes
