Job Description

Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee

    Accounts Receivable & Payables

    .
  • Supervise staff handling

    Tally entries

    ,

    invoicing

    , and

    bank reconciliations

    .
  • Monitor and verify

    bank documentation for export remittances

    , including LC/BRC submissions.
  • Preparation of

    stock statements.

  • Coordinate with the team and third parties for

    shipment logistics

    and maintain accurate records and correspondence related to export and import documentation.
  • Act as the point of contact for

    customers and suppliers

    on financial and payment-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as

    GST

    TDS

  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and banks for routine and special requirements.
  • Report directly to senior management and provide financial updates.
