We specialize in design, development, and digital marketing services while offering high-quality training programs in both creative and tech domains. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and execute our marketing strategies, drive brand growth, and oversee our marketing team.

Role Overview

As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing all marketing strategies for Slams Art. Your role will include managing brand identity, driving customer engagement, and ensuring the overall success of digital and traditional marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to build and elevate the Slams Art brand
• Oversee all marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, and more) to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, designers, and content creators
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to inform marketing decisions
• Optimize content across multiple channels (website, social media, email, etc.) to drive engagement and conversions
• Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure ROI on marketing spend
• Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to create cohesive and impactful marketing strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally in digital marketing or branding
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
