Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – AstroTamil We are hiring a CMO to lead the overall marketing strategy and growth for AstroTamil, a fast-growing Tamil astrology & matrimony app. Your main responsibility is to design winning strategies across all channels to scale users in Tamil Nadu and global Tamil communities. You will identify and secure high-impact collaborations with influencers, apps, platforms and brands. You will guide our marketing agency with clear strategic directions to reduce CAC and boost conversions. Monitoring performance, analysing data and improving acquisition funnels will be key tasks. You must deeply understand Tamil audience behaviour and digital trends. Build systems that increase retention, referrals and daily engagement. Work closely with product and operations to align features with growth goals. Strong experience in growth marketing for consumer apps is required. Opportunity to lead AstroTamil into becoming the No.1 Tamil astrology ecosystem.
