We are seeking a skilled CMMS Data Build Specialist with experience in SAP and IBM Maximo environments to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

· Build, configure, and maintain CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) master data for asset management.

· Develop equipment hierarchy, functional locations, BOMs, PM plans, and work order templates in SAP and Maximo systems.

· Collaborate with maintenance, reliability, and operations teams to ensure accurate data mapping and alignment with asset strategies.

· Ensure compliance with corporate standards, client specifications, and industry best practices for CMMS data structures.

· Perform data migration, validation, and quality checks during system upgrades or new implementations.

· Support maintenance planning and scheduling activities through optimized CMMS configuration.

· Generate reports and KPIs to track data quality and system performance.

· Provide training and support to end-users on CMMS functionality and processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering or related field.

· 3–7 years of experience in CMMS data build and maintenance systems configuration.

· Hands-on experience with both SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and IBM Maximo environments.

· Strong knowledge of asset hierarchy, maintenance strategies, BOM development, and preventive maintenance plans.

· Understanding of oil & gas, petrochemical, or power plant maintenance processes.

· Proficiency in data migration, validation, and reporting tools.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

· Experience with brownfield projects or CMMS data migration for new facilities.

· Familiarity with ISO 14224 for equipment reliability and maintenance data.

· Experience in EPC or O&M companies serving oil & gas or energy sectors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
