Job Description

Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Asset and Configuration Management Module.
Knowledge and experience of Service Management/Operation processes and its environment.
Familiarity with the ITIL framework as well as a high level of IT technical competence.
Experience in CSDM & Service Mapping.
Basic knowledge of Application Lifecycle and Environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization/project.
Knowledge of Planning & Forecasting.
ITIL foundation, ITIL intermediate - Service Design (SD) Planning.
Knowledge and experience of Agile / Lean / Six Sigma methodologies and their application.
ITIL certified.
Govern end-to-end lifecycle of all Asset/CIs.
Assist the SACM process owner with process enhancements & changes, and with CMDB and configuration item scope definition.
Help to define and maintain CI attributes.
Execute CI identification activities to coordinate and manage compliance to CI identification/registration procedures.
Perform verification and audit activities to ensure that changes to the CMDB data are recorded and authorized.
Maintain a high level of correctness, completeness, and compliance of Assets & CIs.
Coordinate and deliver SACM training, best practice advice, and guidance.
Perform any other tasks as required by the organization or process owner.
