CMA (Certified Management Accountant)

Role Summary:

As a CMA at Zephyr, you will be a key player in our financial planning and analysis. You will be responsible for cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation. Your strategic insights will directly influence our profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and manage annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
• Cost Management: Conduct in-depth cost analysis, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost control measures.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, variance analysis, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Strategic Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions, capital expenditure, and pricing strategies.
• Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify and lead initiatives to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Must hold a valid Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI-CMA).
