Job Location & Reporting:
The Head Office is located in Mumbai. The selected candidate will be responsible for field sales activities across Mumbai, Pune, and Ahmedabad. Reporting and coordination will be done online.

Industry Preference: B2B Sales, Metals, Manufacturing, EPC, Industrial Supply Chain

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; B.E. (Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop and execute cluster-level sales plans to achieve revenue targets and accelerate business growth.
• Client Acquisition & Closing - Identify, acquire, onboard, and close new MSME and enterprise clients within assigned industrial clusters, consistently meeting or exceeding sales target
• Market Intelligence - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to uncover new business and upselling opportunities.
• Customer Experience & Delight - Deliver a superior customer experience by ensuring timely support, proactive communication, and quick resolution of client issues.
• Client Relationship Management - Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their procurement needs and offering customized metal sourcing solutions.

Skills Required:
- Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities- Strong problem-solving mindset with critical thinking ability- Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English- Quick learning ability with strong grasping and comprehension

Pre-requisites Skills:

- Willingness to work in an on-field sales role with regular client visits and local travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
