Roles and Responsibilities

• To enable enhanced business profitability through the effective management of the portfolio for the assigned territory.
• To achieve the desired collections efficiencies across products managed.
• Ensure that adequate Collections Intensity of follow up is executed for all the accounts.
• Continuously review the location portfolio and report Early Stress Accounts / Potential Delinquent customers to Head Collections & RISK team.
• Ensure that all Collections Activities are properly documented in the form of Collections Trails.
• Ensure that all Collections Processes & Risk Governance Mandates rolled out are completely adhered to at each location.
• Liaison with Legal / law enforcement agencies for speedy recovery of delinquent/write off cases.
• Provide feedback on the effectiveness of Collections Strategies formulated and implemented.
• Coordination with legal team for all collections legal cases.
• Handling team of Collections executives/Managers.
• Preparation of monthly allocation.
• Daily monitoring of Monthly targets and Milestone provided.
• Repo and release activity.
• Repo stock sale activity through online and offline buyer.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Sufficient hands on work experience with min. 7 years and above in financial industry. Should have mandatory experience in collection
• Should have managed a team of agencies staff/outsourced staff demonstrating high level of competence.
• Should be mature enough to handle customer and agency executives/vendors pressurized situations and ensure targets /deadlines
• Should be mature enough to handle people in pressurized situations and ensure targets deadlines met.
• Understanding of Financial reports.
• Portfolio management, collection visits on ID & ED cases.
• Ensuring compliance.
