Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Cluster Quality Manager to join our team at Fairmont, with 6-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee quality control processes to ensure high standards of service and product delivery.
Develop and implement effective quality management systems to enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall performance.
Analyze data and metrics to measure quality and identify trends for improvement.
Provide training and coaching to staff on quality procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in quality management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
