Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Cluster Quality Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and assurance, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff members.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement effective quality control procedures.
Analyze customer complaints and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records.
Train and coach staff members on quality control procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in quality management and assurance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with quality control software and systems is desirable.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
