Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Manager to oversee the operations of multiple retail apparel stores within a designated geographic area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring sales growth, operational excellence, team development, and a superior customer experience across all stores in the cluster. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations across 5–10 retail outlets, ensuring adherence to brand standards and company policies. Drive sales and profitability by analyzing performance data, setting store targets, and implementing action plans. Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability and visual merchandising across all locations. Lead, train, and mentor Store Managers to improve team performance, customer service, and compliance. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to maximize footfall and revenue. Conduct regular store audits and ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards. Collaborate with regional and head office teams on planning, reporting, and performance reviews. Address customer feedback and resolve escalated issues promptly and effectively. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a multi-store supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams. Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
