Key Responsibilities Operations & Guest Experience Manage daily operations across multiple vacation properties. Conduct inspections, resolve guest escalations, and ensure quality service. Team Leadership Lead and train 15–20+ staff members. Run daily briefings, assign tasks, and coach teams for performance. Sales & Demand Support Partner with sales teams to drive occupancy. Support lead generation, site visits, and customer conversions. Vendor & Cost Management Onboard and manage vendors for housekeeping, groceries, etc. Negotiate rates, control expenses, and improve profitability. Business Insights Track revenue, expenses, and P&L. Use guest feedback and data to improve performance.
