Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager located in Kozhikode. The Cluster Manager will oversee the operations and performance of multiple retail stores within the cluster. Daily tasks include supervising store managers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing inventory and sales targets, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Cluster Manager will also work on staff training and development to maintain service excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
