Cluster Manager

• Responsible for achieving established and assigned Monthly Volume Targets for assigned branches.
• Prepare and execute Visit plan & Call plan for Team respectively, make sure reviewed day-to-day basis and take the necessary action accordingly.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Reviewing customer enquiry and feedback through CRM and ensure 100% execution and conversion, respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Monitor & Control the entire store process ensuring proper closure, collection & timely delivery of materials.
• Develop and execute a schedule of promotional activities, Fabricator/ Contractor meets to bring in more revenue.
• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand the requirements.
• Maintain awareness of market trends in the industry, understanding forthcoming brand initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
• Candidates should have experience in handling team.

Experience : 5 to 10 years in Retail sales and operations.

Area of function; Nedumangad and Neyyattinkara.

Qualification - Degree

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
