Cluster Manager

Responsibilities:

• Focus on selling products and services to potential customers within the assigned location/region.
• Travel to designated areas to introduce and maintain product/service supply for target consumers and existing clients.
• Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Educate clients/customers on how products/services can benefit them financially and professionally.
• Arrange meetings and client visits to demonstrate product/service features and convert them into recurring customers.
• Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions.
• Generate new leads and expand the customer base within the region.
• Maintain and update records/database of sales leads, customer accounts, and prospects.
• Manage multiple accounts and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the reporting manager.
• Update and maintain entries in the CRM system.
• Follow up on advances and balance payments from customers.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings as required.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of sales experience (Freshers may apply).
• Education: Any Graduate.
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and any local language.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
