Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef Intern located in Ahmedabad. Chocolates Destination Plan Review and strengthen the chocolate category to establish it as a key destination both online and offline. Analyze current chocolate assortment to identify gaps and overlaps. Create an MBQ plan to ensure consistent availability of top-performing chocolate SKUs. Identify assortment gaps by benchmarking against online platforms and competitor stores. Recommend planogram layouts to improve visibility and sales performance in-store. Assortment Working International Foods Evaluate the current assortment in International Foods to align with customer preferences and trends. Review performance of existing SKUs to identify slow movers or missing key items. Build an MBQ plan for top-selling international SKUs to ensure consistent stock availability. Listing All New NPI Online Prepare a consolidated list of all NPIs launched from Jan25 onward for listing review. Identify major KVI items not currently listed online and prioritize their activation. Coordinate with Category Managers and vendors to gather complete product information. Liaise with the online team to ensure accurate and timely upload of all pending products. TOT Completion Track and drive completion of over 100 pending vendor Terms of Trade (TOT) agreements. Work with Category Managers to gather vendor contact and documentation details.
