Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef Intern located in Mumbai. The Chef Intern will assist in daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes. Duties include maintaining high hygiene standards, assisting with menu development, and ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes. The Chef Intern will participate in team collaboration, prepare fresh ingredients, and support senior chefs with various kitchen tasks.

Qualifications

• Basic culinary skills including food preparation and cooking
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to assist with menu development and maintain quality standards
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Passion for food and willingness to learn
• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is a plus
