Designation: Executive- Human Resources Experience: 4-6 Years The Executive -Human Resources is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our retail staff. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our employees have the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. The Executive -Human Resources will work closely with store managers and supervisors to identify training needs and provide ongoing support to enhance employee performance. This position requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the retail industry. Detailed Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on various topics, including product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service,Food and safety training etc. Collaborate with store managers and supervisors to identify training needs and create customized training plans. Conduct on-the-job training and provide coaching to employees to reinforce learning and improve performance. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in retail training and incorporate them into training programs. Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources. Assist in the development and implementation of new policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a Executive -Human Resources or similar role in the retail industry. Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage and motivate learners of various skill levels. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality training programs.
