Cluster Manager

As a Sales Representative at our company, you will be responsible for various key tasks to drive sales and business growth. Your primary focus will be on sales closure by onboarding interested clients onto our app and aligning their needs with the subscription plans we offer. Additionally, you will be required to conduct regular field activities, engaging directly with potential clients to promote our services. One of your main responsibilities will be lead generation, which involves using online tools, platforms, and local resources to discover new leads. You will also leverage the internet to identify potential properties that could benefit from our property management solutions. This will involve outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities to expand our client base. Accurate data input is crucial in this role, as you will be expected to input all gathered information and lead details into our CRM system. This ensures that our sales pipeline is always up-to-date and ready for follow-ups or conversion. Regular follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads are also essential to maintain a strong sales pipeline. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, possess a two-wheeler, and have a personal laptop for work. Experience with sales, cold calling, and customer relationship management is necessary, along with strong communication skills including clarity in pitch delivery and convincing power.
