You will work closely with our Sales, Support and Product teams to ensure our clients receive the best possible service and solutions to their needs. Responsibilities: Outbound Sales Calls : Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Product Demos : Provide product demonstrations and support to potential and existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues during onboarding to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Data Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. Assist in the development of sales materials and presentations to enhance customer engagement. Onboarding Support : Work with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of our software for new clients. Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product improvements and service enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in inside sales and sales operations. Strong customer service and satisfaction skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Can Speak Hindi, Telugu, English ( Kannada & Tamil is a Plus ) Experience in the property management or real estate industry is a plus.
