Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager based in South Delhi. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring high standards of safety, comfort, and resident satisfaction. Key tasks include managing property staff, coordinating maintenance and repairs, implementing safety protocols, and maintaining a positive and jovial atmosphere for residents. The Cluster Manager will also be responsible for handling resident concerns and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, including overseeing multiple sites and ensuring operational efficiency
• Skills in team leadership and staff management
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in maintenance coordination and repair management
• Knowledge of safety protocols and resident satisfaction strategies
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
