Role & responsibilities : Own and drive sales targets and business growth for the assigned cluster (Jammu, Srinagar ,Patiala region). Design and implement marketing campaigns, events, and community outreach programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, corporates, RWAs, and institutions. Collaborate with the digital and central marketing teams to ensure brand visibility and campaign alignment. Identify and develop new business opportunities and tie-ups to boost patient flow. Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, leads, and conversions. Ensure on-ground execution of local BTL activities, camps, and promotional events. Manage a team of marketing executives/outreach coordinators and ensure field productivity. Regularly track competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly. Preferred candidate profile Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field Experience: 58 years of relevant experience in healthcare sales/marketing, with at least 2 years in a team-leading or cluster role Skills Required Strong leadership and people management Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Proficient in local market understanding and business development Ability to handle multiple centres or business units Familiarity with healthcare outreach and sales processes Employment Type : Full-time Location : Jammu (with regional travel as required)
