As a Cluster Manager at India Accelerator, your role holds significant importance in overseeing multiple hubs within the assigned cluster. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, driving community engagement, and facilitating revenue growth across the centers. Your key responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the coworking centers in your cluster, maintaining high service standards, security, and facility upkeep. You will also be tasked with implementing and optimizing operational processes to maximize efficiency. In terms of sales and business development, you will play a vital role in driving occupancy and revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, corporate partners, and startups will be essential. Collaboration with the sales team to achieve targets and generate leads is also part of the job scope. Community and client engagement are integral components of this role. You will be expected to create a collaborative and engaging coworking environment, organize networking events, workshops, and mentorship programs for members, as well as address member concerns to ensure a seamless customer experience. Financial monitoring, budgeting, and cost optimization will fall under your purview, along with preparing and presenting reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Leading, training, and motivating center managers and on-ground staff will be crucial, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field. Strong experience in sales, operations, and customer service is required, along with exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting analytics is preferred, and a passion for startups, innovation, and community building is a definite plus.
