Job Description

1. Target Achievement and Monitoring:

Ensure highest standard of Professionalism & Integrity. Analyze branch-level reports and provide actionable feedback to branch managers.
Work in Collaboration with Collection Team to achieve desired collection efficiency.

2. Team Development:

Ensure Sufficient Staffing at all times in all branches.

3. Operational Oversight:

Daily morning hurdles with Branches.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure Compliance as per Branch Compliance Check list on your visit to branches.
Report any Wrong practices or wrong doings to Supervisor Authorities
