Job Description

Job Purpose
Seeking a senior designer to lead the end-to-end revamp of Lead Management, Corporate Leasing, and Worksite Marketing journeys using Figma and other design tools.

The role will be central for the entire COE unit and will design the interface of revamped flows on SFDC, MS Dynamics, Leasing Portal and all other platforms identified.

This role will also be responsible for content management on all these platforms from Designing to BAU purposes.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.

Lead End-to-End Design Revamp
oDrive the redesign of user journeys for Lead Management, Corporate Leasing, and Worksite Marketing across multiple platforms.

User Interface & Experience Design
oCreate intuitive, user-centric designs using Figma and other tools, ensuring seamless user experiences aligned with business objectives.

Cross-Platform Implementation
oDesign interfaces and workflows to be implemented across SFDC (Salesforce), MS Dynamics, Leasing Portal, and other internal platforms.

Collaboration with Stakeholders
oWork closely with business analysts, product owners, developers, and functional leads to gather requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

Content Management Ownership
oManage and update design-related content across platforms€”from initial implementation to business-as-usual (BAU) activities.

Design Governance & Consistency
oEnsure design consistency by establishing and maintaining design systems, templates, and style guides across all COE initiatives.

User Research & Feedback Integration
oConduct user research, usability testing, and integrate feedback into continuous design improvements.

Support COE Transformation Initiatives
oAct as a key design partner for the Centre of Excellence (COE) unit, supporting digital transformation and innovation initiatives.Key Decisions / Dimensions
NAMajor Challenges

Adapting to frequent changes in requirements.

Balancing content and design with strict compliance guidelines.

Coordinating across departments including end users for regular feedback and design/content changes

Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting under tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Experience
a)QualificationsGraduates with relevant experience (Preferably post graduates) a)Work Experience

Overall 4+ years of experience

2+ years of experience in designing team

Strong understanding of Fair Practice Code and regulatory guidelines (preferably in financial services).

Fair communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Hungry for delivery in tight timelines
