Job Description

Job Purpose
Duties and Responsibilities
o Drive the redesign of user journeys for Lead Management, Corporate Leasing, and Worksite Marketing across multiple platforms.
2. User Interface & Experience Design
o Create intuitive, user-centric designs using Figma and other tools, ensuring seamless user experiences aligned with business objectives.
3. Cross-Platform Implementation
o Design interfaces and workflows to be implemented across SFDC (Salesforce), MS Dynamics, Leasing Portal, and other internal platforms.
4. Collaboration with Stakeholders
o Work closely with business analysts, product owners, developers, and functional leads to gather requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
5. Content Management Ownership
o Manage and update design-related content across platforms from initial implementation to business-as-usual (BAU) activities.
6. Design Governance & Consistency
o Ensure design consistency by establishing and maintaining design systems, templates, and style guides across all COE initiatives.
7. User Research & Feedback Integration
o Conduct user research, usability testing, and integrate feedback into continuous design improvements.
8. Support COE Transformation Initiatives
o Act as a key design partner for the Centre of Excellence (COE) unit, supporting digital transformation and innovation initiatives.

Major Challenges
Adapting to frequent changes in requirements.
Balancing content and design with strict compliance guidelines.
Coordinating across departments including end users for regular feedback and design/content changes
Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting under tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Graduates with relevant experience (Preferably post graduates)
a) Work Experience
Overall 4+ years of experience
2+ years of experience in designing team
Strong understanding of Fair Practice Code and regulatory guidelines (preferably in financial services).
Fair communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Hungry for delivery in tight timelines
