Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• To train, support & engage with Branch resources to drive the channel acquisition numbers
• Will be working very closely with the Bank team of Cluster Heads, Branch Heads and the
• Channel employees to drive productivity of the bank employees
• Will be responsible for devising and convincing Bank Cluster Heads and Branch Heads for regular R&R drives to give a fillip to sales numbers
• Will be driving the Bank channel team to achieve the targets assigned to branches & clusters as well as focus on achieving their own target
• Should have team handling experience especially into number chasing domain

Role Proficiencies:

Graduate from Any Stream

Able to act independently and be self-motivated

Effective verbal and written communication and time management skills with the ability to act

autonomously while being a team player.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years in Financial Industry pref. Capital Markets
• Understanding of Indian Capital Market
• Team Management experience
• Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
